Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package. All return requests must be submitted within this time frame.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for return or exchange:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Goods must not be damaged by improper use, alteration or wear by the customer.
• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless the product arrives defective.

Return Application Process

1. Email our support team at classicimp8@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for official approval and return shipping instructions from our customer team. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Securely pack the goods and send back following our instructions.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping cost is borne by the buyer, except for cases where we shipped wrong items or defective products. Original shipping fees at checkout are non-refundable.

Exchange

If you request an exchange for different size, colour or product, availability depends on current stock. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

Product Inspection

Once we receive your returned parcel, our team will inspect the goods. We will confirm whether your return meets our policy requirements after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are worn, stained, damaged, missing tags, hygiene products and customized goods cannot be returned.
